Venus in Virgo, still in the 3rd house, would be the mark of "a loner" one who uses communcation skills, in concert with his abilities, and is perhaps, a bit persnickity, or overly critical at times. For humor's sake I'll suggest Felix Unger of the "Odd couple show" as an extreme example...

A 4th house Saturn, suggests that either Mother or father was stern, or absent emotionally to the child. The reason I say this is, Saturn is not in "easy aspect" to his other planets. Rather it is a harsh angle to Uranus and as well a harsh aspect to the Moon...
